Our Operational Staff
As part of our commitment to best-practice leadership, our operational staff are sourced exclusively from special forces units
worldwide, including Australian and international military and police forces.
Many of our staff have significant experience in some of the world’s most hostile environments, including parts of South America, the
Middle East and Africa. Each operative is subject to thorough vetting and testing prior to being offered employment in the firm.
Threat Protect provides its operational staff with regular in house training. Each operative is required to meet a minimum level of
52 hours of professional development each year. This training is delivered in conjunction with Tactical Conflict Solutions, a
registered training organisation.
To assist and preserve reputation management, each operative is randomly drug and fitness tested. Failing either the drug or fitness
test results in termination of employment – this has yet to occur.
